JABL: A neurocutaneous syndrome characterized by a bizarre, more or less symmetrical leukoderma with depigmented streaks, patches, and whorls, sometimes associated with hyperkeratosis follicularis. Associated disorders include seizures, psychomotor retardation, macrocephaly, and ophthalmological and other abnormalities.
